Waitlist privacy notice

This notice covers the Soloish&co agency waitlist on soloishand.co. Soloish&co is not open yet. When it opens, it will have its own terms and privacy policy, and we will ask before applying them to you.

Who we are

Soloish&co is run by Soloish LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. Privacy contact: privacy@soloishand.co.

What we collect

• Your work email and your agency’s name.
• Your agency’s website and the kinds of freelancers you usually bring in, if you add them.
• The date you joined and the wording of the consent you ticked.

We don’t use advertising cookies or trackers on this site. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes your IP address to deliver pages and to limit abusive sign-ups. We don’t store your IP address with your sign-up. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies.

Why we use it

To email you when Soloish&co opens to agencies, and to understand which kinds of agencies are interested. We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your details, share them with other agencies or freelancers, or add you to a newsletter.

How long we keep it

Until Soloish&co opens and we have emailed you, and no longer than 12 months after that. If you ask, we delete it sooner.

Your choices

Email privacy@soloishand.co to see, correct or delete your details, or to withdraw your consent. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If this notice changes, we’ll update the date above. We won’t use your details for a new purpose without asking you first.
